FAQ

Our goal is to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. Because many of our
items are "personalized" or "customized", we do not accept any returns on these items 
unless you have received an item that has a problem with workmanship, quality or been
made in error on our part.  In the case of the latter, we will address the issue immediately
to your satisfaction.

What kind of items do you offer? 

Dog Birthday Hats are my favorite, I love dreaming up and creating new 
designs! I also offer Dog Hair Bows and Dog Waste Bag Holders that are 
unique and handmade with love!

There is no limit to what I can design, though, so you may be surprised 
to see a new material or technique being added to our listings. 
I’m continually learning more about how to push the limits and look 
forward to seeing the varied directions we will go!

Do you take custom requests?

Yes! I love custom design requests! 
Please feel free to use the Contact Us page for the best response.

Some items cannot be customized depending upon the materials or embroidery design.
The best bet is to message me with your request and I will do my best to accommodate you.

Customization COSTS:

I do not charge for many things as it pertains to customization such
as color providing it is in stock. This includes changing the color of ribbon, felt, fabric or
thread etc. EMBROIDERY DESIGNS other then what is offered on a listing such as a name
or number will incur an additional cost depending upon the complexity of the design.
Customization on embroidery designs start at $5 and up.

What makes your designs different from others? 

I take a great deal of care in creating my products. I use only the best materials and pride 
myself for the most unique handcrafted designs in my industry.  All products are shipped
with love and care from Michigan,  USA!

Wholesale availability:

I am sorry, Pawty Paws Shop does NOT offer Wholesale options at this time. 

Do you offer RUSH processing?

A RUSH processing option is available at check-out and this option will push your order to
the top of the order queue and ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that this
DOES NOT include the days it takes for the post office to ship the package to you,
only the days it takes for production of your item.
 
You can select from Rush processing
shipped First Class mail or Rush processing shipped Priority mail. Please note that once the
package leaves my hands --I DO NOT-- guarantee a delivery date, that is totally up to the post office.
I do not offer a refund if the post office delivers your package late.

Sizing/Materials

SIZING: stated in a product listing are "approximate". If you have a question regarding size,
please contact me prior to placing your order so we can discuss your best option.

MATERIALS: I work extremely hard to produce products that look exactly the same as the photo
represents. On occasion, a supplier may change a pattern or color lot, but I do my best to match
accordingly. Colors can look different from monitor to monitor so if exact color is a concern for you
then please contact me before ordering to discuss the details. If a material is out of stock I will
substitute with something comparable in order to ship you a quality product. If I cannot find a 
substitute I will contact you prior to production of the item.

What are your Production Times?

All items are handmade to order and processed in the order received. 
Shipping estimates are available at the top of the homepage. I do my best to ship in a
timely manner and in most cases ship several days before the deadline.
Because much of my business is embroidery related, machine breakdowns can and do occur.
If there is a problem and I cannot make the estimated ship deadline, I will contact you.
In all my years of business, I have NEVER missed a shipping deadline. :)

What do I do if I listed an incorrect shipping address when I placed my order?

Please let us know right away. If your order hasn't shipped yet we are happy to update the address.
If your order has shipped, unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do. There is no way to re-route
the package. You will either need to wait until the package is returned to us so that it can be re-shipped
to your correct address (customer pays to have item re-shipped) or you will need to reorder the product.
We are NOT responsible for addresses listed incorrectly, it is your responsibility to make sure your package
address is correct prior to placement of your order.

Our Shipping policy

 

Pawty Paws Shop ships via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

First Class Mail : Delivery ESTIMATE 2-6 business days
Priority Mail: Delivery ESTIMATE 2-4 business days
*Please keep in mind that your package can arrive later then the
estimated date. 

We DO NOT guarantee delivery times by the USPS. Once packages are shipped delivery time is up to the
postal service.  Sorry, NO REFUNDS will be given for packages that are delivered "late" by USPS.

What do I do if I listed an incorrect shipping address when I placed my order?

Our Refund Policy

If a return is necessary, this request must be made within 15 days of receipt of your item.  
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, all sales are considered final after 15 days. 
Due to the handmade nature of our items returns are charged a 20% re-stock fee.  All return items 
must be in un-used original condition and packaged to avoid any damage. We DO NOT accept any 
return without prior authorization!  Items sent back without authorization will not be accepted or refunded.

Do you accept returns if I ordered the wrong size?
All sizes and details are listed in each listing and we feel it is the customer's responsibility to read the item 
details and ask questions prior to making a purchase. 

Do you accept returns if my pet won't wear the item?
Unfortunately, No we do not accept returns for this reason.  
Your pet, especially puppies but get used to the item.  Dogs
learn my habit.  Introduce your pet to the item each day and they eventually will get used to wearing it.

Do you accept a return if I ordered bows with barrettes?
No.  We consider this a "custom" item and do not accept any returns for bows with barrettes on them.

I ordered a "custom" product, can I return it?
Due to the nature, custom items are not returnable.  Custom items are made specifically for you, to your 
specifications and are of no use to us as once the item is made as it cannot be sold on our website.  
This includes items that have been personalized with a name, number or you have designed by way of 
color or style etc.  This also includes bows with barrettes that have have been added.

We gladly answer any questions you may have to help you make the best decision possible when selecting 
any of our products.
